DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Sales are all final. This does not apply to you if you’ve received the wrong order or there was damage on my end. If that is the case, you will be refunded within 10 business days to your bank.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
